Your Responsibilities

  • Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generating regular and ad-hoc analyses and presentations that provide insights into sales performance and KPIs for the sales team and senior management.
  • Preparing visually compelling presentations
  • Collaborating with the sales team to provide data-driven insights and support sales initiatives.
  • Conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market segmentation to support sales strategies.
  • Assisting in sales forecasting and budgeting processes to help set achievable sales targets.
  • Ensuring data integrity in customer relationship management (CRM) software to provide necessary information to the sales team.
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements that can enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI) will be useful but is not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the capability to work accurately with numbers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
