The Aircraft Materials Procurement Buyer position is based in Van Nuys, California.
This role is designed for individuals keen on contributing to the upkeep and efficiency of our fleet maintenance operations. Entrusted with the procurement, organization, and distribution of parts and materials, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our fleet.

Your Responsibilities
Procure aircraft maintenance parts and materials, maintaining inventory levels that meet business needs.
Cultivate and manage vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and superior service quality.
- Skillfully manage purchase orders, monitor external service deliveries, and handle parts’ pick-up and delivery duties.
Execute regular inventory assessments, uphold FAA regulatory mandates, and contribute to the organizational excellence of the parts department.
Participate in “On-Call” duties for AOG situations on a rotational basis, displaying flexibility to accommodate business requirements.
- Has the ability to simultaneously support procurement for Parts 135 and 145.
Who We're Looking For:
A high school diploma holder with a penchant for the aviation industry, particularly in corporate aircraft parts including Gulfstream, Cessna, Bombardier, and Embraer.
An individual with a solid grasp of Microsoft Office Applications and the capacity to adapt to proprietary software tools.
Someone detail-oriented, with robust organizational and communication skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
A professional who can juggle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and is driven to exceed set performance benchmarks.

The salary range for this position is $30 to $32 per hour.
