The VP of Marketing is responsible for creating demand in the European market for VistaJet and XO. Reporting to the Global Chief Marketing Officer and supported by a team of experienced marketers across all channels, you will lead the efforts to build a pipeline of new prospects for VistaJet and XO and convert the existing customer base to renew and upgrade membership levels within the Vista group. 

Ultimately, your success will be driven by not only your efforts but your teams’. It will be critical for you to cultivate relationships and share your knowledge and insights with the marketing team, and collaborate with sales to drive conversion.

 

Your Responsibilities

You need to be an innovative marketer who is experienced in orchestrating demand by using a variety of channels and tactics to achieve your goals, to maximize the effectiveness of the marketing investment.

 

You will lead projects with the broader marketing and sales teams, to map and deliver activations across the customer journey that land the right messages with our target audiences at the right time. Your goal will be to build an efficient funnel that drives winnable deals into the sales pipeline.

 

Reporting on results every week, you will drive effectiveness for the regional campaign planning - correcting the trajectory of ongoing campaigns and bringing mid-term initiatives to life – from comms to events and digital executions.

MARKETING PLANNING

  • Take responsibility for the regional marketing plan, strategy and team
  • Drive results on a quarterly, monthly and weekly basis
  • Build, manage and coach a high-performing and cohesive marketing team
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership on Commercial strategies to drive revenue to hit objectives
  • Work cross-functionally to build demand for VistaJet and XO, with new prospects and for expansion within our existing customers
  • Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
  • Manage marketing budget and expenditure
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies
  • Advise CMOs on successful strategy, tactics, and results of multimillion-dollar campaigns executed by similar EU brands, applying learnings to accelerate Vista’s success

MARKETING EXECUTION

  • Brief and lead marketing campaigns, in tandem with the Global CMO
  • Work closely with the Sales department to align on sales and marketing goals
  • Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies & materials
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales operations to ensure the team is data-driven and can measure success 
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • 10+ years of marketing experience building and leading high-performance marketing teams in growth-oriented companies
  • Experience in Luxury Marketing, Aviation and Private Aviation preferrable
  • Bachelors and/or MA/MS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication
  • In-depth knowledge of market and industry research
  • Expertise in methods and practices for demand generation
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player: exceptional leadership and communication skills; an inspiring leader who can scale and manage a high-impact team
