Due to continued expansion, VistaJet seeks a highly motivated Compliance Auditor to work at our Malta Head Office on an indefinite contract. The main purpose of this role is to perform independent compliance oversight in accordance with the VistaJet Compliance Management System, auditing the company procedures and EASA regulatory requirements.

 

Overview: The Compliance Auditor will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves performing audits, identifying and addressing compliance issues, and supporting the continuous improvement of management systems.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits as part of the ongoing compliance monitoring program.
  • Identify, record, and substantiate concerns or findings.
  • Recommend and support solutions for closing out findings.
  • Organize and lead closing meetings with the Compliance Manager.
  • Ensure root causes of findings are identified and addressed.
  • Verify the timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update compliance lists.
  • Support the development and improvement of the Management System.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating manuals and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Compliance Manager.

 

Reporting Structure:

  • Report directly to the Compliance Monitoring Manager and will oversee flight operations and related functions in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical education and/or engineering degree.
  • At least 1 year of auditing experience preferred; new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.
  • Highly organized with a structured approach to work.
  • Attentive to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
