Thanks to our continued growth, Vista Aircraft Maintenance is recruiting a Planning Engineer to join our team in Munich.    

As a Planning Engineer, you will play a key role in coordinating and providing engineering support, handling technical and documentary processes, and ensuring seamless communication between teams

• Assist in preparing occurrence reports related to maintenance activities.
• Provide supervisors, managers, and clients with planning horizons for required maintenance work.
• Manage work order processes, including notifications, openings, control, and closure of work orders.
• Coordinate work planning and documentation with Production, Logistics, and Contractors.
• Safeguard and manage all aircraft documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Oversee logbook entries and verify all related documentation is correct.
• Collaborate with relevant departments on spare parts, tools, and necessary equipment needs.

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the aviation industry.
• Ability to pass airside clearance and obtain a ZUP within Germany
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an aviation environment, with a focus on aircraft technical documentation or planning.
• Basic understanding of aircraft systems and components.
• Familiarity with EASA regulations, manufacturer maintenance programs, and Minimum Equipment List (MEL) usage in Maintenance Control and Planning.
• Basic knowledge of CAMP/MRO program requirements.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.
• Fluency in both spoken and written German and English.
