Based in Hamburg, VistaJet GmbH’s CAMO Department oversees all operational and administrative aspects of light, super mid-size, and long-range aircraft. By managing the fleet in-house, Vista upholds the highest standards of service, safety, security, reliability, and value—reaffirming its commitment to providing seamless service to clients worldwide.

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting working students to support the CAMO MOC/Planning team. This position is a Monday-to-Friday fixed-term contract, with a maximum of 80 working hours per month.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process and archive maintenance records
  • Transfer flight logs into tracking system
  • Monitor operating hours and develop necessary actions by using the planning tool
  • Short-term planning (scheduled/unscheduled tasks, CAMO support)
  • Create work packages
  • Communicate with maintenance organizations
  • Manage A/C log cards (engines, auxiliary power unit, wheels)
  • Manage modifications and repairs

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Enrolled student in the field of aerospace, mechanical or a comparable course of study
  • Monitor operating hours and develop necessary actions by using the planning tool
  • Basic understanding of Aircraft systems
  • Experienced in working with MS-Office
  • Ability to work under own initiative making recommendations for improvements as appropriate
  • Have the right to work in Europe without restriction
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Be highly motivated, a great team player with a high level of attention to detail
