Commercial Managers support our Program Sales Vice Presidents to identify and capitalise opportunities to maximize revenue, reporting to Vice President, Commercial Strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work hand in hand with Sales Vice Presidents in Region to:
    • Develop and execute account management strategies to maximise retention
    • Track Member pacing and flight activity to identify:
      • Add-on, upsell and early renewal opportunities
      • Risk to be addressed and mitigated
    • Leverage commercial tools to increase conversion of Member quotes
    • Monitor agreement anniversary and payment dates, to ensure smooth transition
    • Identify strategic customer referral opportunities
  • Key point of contact for Billing and Accounts Receivable, to support on queries and payment resolution
  • Meet with Client Services Directors and Program Sales Vice Presidents to discuss and strategize on operational and commercial matters pertaining to Members
  • Work with Private World and Marketing teams to optimise Member engagement

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Experience in account management, customer success or business development role
  • Experience in private or business aviation will be an advantage however is not essential
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and proven relationship-builder.  You are professional, articulate and possess a natural gravitas that enables you to influence effectively at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills, enabling you to work with data to identify opportunity and risk, formulate solutions and make recommendations
  • Works with exact accuracy and maintains thorough attention to detail even when working under pressure
