• Establish, head and drive the CMS;
• Monitor the activities of the organisation for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements;
• Monitor the activities of the organisation for compliance with, and adequacy of the company procedures and that these activities are carried out properly under the supervision of the nominated persons;
• Monitor compliance with privileges granted to VistaJet/VAM;
• Ensure that the compliance monitoring programme/audit plan is properly implemented, maintained and continually reviewed and improved;
• Be responsible for the timely scheduling of audits according to the audit schedule;
• Nominate auditors and supervise the progress of audits;
• Monitor the recording, implementation, completion and effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions;
• Establish a feedback system of audit findings to the accountable manager and senior management;
• Deliver a management review to the accountable manager and other management at a frequency dictated in this manual or as requested by the accountable manager;
• Support the CAD during audits and follow up with findings;
• Support customer audits;
• Monitor SAFA findings and corrective action by the relevant nominated persons;
• Provide training in connection with the Compliance Management System;
• Monitor regulation changes and initiate their implementation in coordination with the relevant areas, as necessary;
• Follow-up on TMCAD notifications (OANs, PEL, IANs etc);
• Monitor the various suppliers used and that the service provided is in accordance with the contract and/or applicable legal requirements;
• Ensure that audits are carried out by independent personnel;
• Ensure retention of records as dictated in this manual;
• Promote the reporting by all employees of any difficulties with the procedures via the VJ internal reporting mechanisms;
• Verify and validate all procedures and changes to the procedures before use.

• Extensive and relevant experience in a compliance monitoring function;
• Deep knowledge of Air Operations and Continuing Airworthiness Regulations;
• Proven experience managing teams;
• Capable of working independently and making decisions;
• Knowledge in Aircrew regulation is desirable, however training will be provided to the right candidate.
