As a Sales Executive for Fleet Sales at VistaJet, you play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Vice President of Fleet Sales, you will work closely with the Fleet Sales Director and regional teams to manage a full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing deals and ensuring long-term client relationships. This role emphasizes a collaborative approach to sales and account management, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a fleet sales team to achieve and exceed revenue growth targets.
  • Align strategies with the Fleet Sales Director and Regional Vice President Fleet Sales for a unified.
    approach to sales initiatives and client management.
  • Seek and close sales opportunities within the global broker market and internal Direct Sales Team.
  • Maximize on fleet revenue through booking trips in accordance with your Fleet KPIs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize future revenue opportunities.
  • Provide quotes to brokers and Direct Sales clients, followed by diligent follow-ups to close deals.
  • Manage client relations throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction from inquiry to postflight follow-ups.
  • Manage issues and complaints directly impacting trips within your fleet focus or managed accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including receiving payment, negotiating prices, and booking trips to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Pricing, Fleet Planning, Operations, Scheduling, and Client Services teams to ensure smooth and positive client experiences.
  • Maintain CRM data and sales pipelines within Salesforce for accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Foster a team-oriented sales approach, sharing insights, best practices, and market intelligence to enhance overall team performance.
  • Engage in regular communication with team members to support a collaborative work environment focused on collective success.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and client accounts to the Fleet Sales Director and Vice President Fleet Sales.
  • Contribute to team reporting efforts, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Travel domestically and/or internationally to meet with current key accounts and prospective clients, representing VistaJet and driving business growth.
  • Build and maintain a network of worldwide brokers to expand Vista’s market presence.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the aviation industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in contributing to revenue growth, both individually and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on long-term revenue opportunities and client satisfaction.
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle, including negotiation, deal closure, and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proficiency in maintaining CRM systems and sales pipelines, with experience in Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and domestically for client meetings and business development.
  • A highly motivated individual able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
