Your Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and inspire the Ground Trainer team across the globe to ensure high standards of delivery.
  • Regularly monitor and assess the effectiveness and success the Vista cabin training program.
  • Continually evolve and manage the Vista cabin training program to ensure our quality standards.
  • Ensure one global service standard.
  • Explore and present ways to enhance the training lifecycle working closely with Crew Training Manager and manager responsible for Line Trainers.
  • Regularly review training feedback from various departments and adjust process accordingly.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under own initiative, independently as well as within a team.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Be highly motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Tertiary education, previous aviation and/or managerial experience is considered an asset.
