The Talent Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting HRIS functionality (primarily iCIMS) while contributing to talent initiatives. This project-focused role also provides hands-on support for talent systems operations, reporting, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and align with business needs.
This role sits within our Talent Acquisition team, and supports all Talent, Learning & Development, and HR teams.
This role is ideal for someone looking to work across multiple projects, develop on their experience with Talent/HR systems and data, while gaining exposure to talent management processes.
