From scheduling a flight, every detail is covered, from a particular bottle of wine or catering from a preferred restaurant to a particular magazine or a chauffeur service to the airport.

 

Our Client Services team are looking for a Quality Data Analyst.  This role forms a vital part of the Quality function, focusing on data assessment that captures our client’s experience as well as ensuring Global standards are maintained and aligned.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create reports through Salesforce to enable us to accurately depict data and statistics;
  • Analyse customer feedback and accurately assign data against a matrix;
  • Identify and communicate any potential issues and their impact to the business - taking the lead by suggesting improvements;
  • Continually monitor data to ensure accuracy;
  • Identify key trends, recommend and implement data improvements within the department;
  • Perform audits, as required, to ensure quality processes exist and are being adhered to;
  • Any other additional tasks as assigned by your line manager.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Knowledge of data analysis methods;
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail;
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting is preferred;
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; including advanced spelling and grammar;
  • Proven experience within a Data / Quality function is preferred.
