We are looking for trainees (f/m/d) to become service agents in aviation at Hamburg Airport (at the General Aviation Terminal - GAT). In combination with the dual school-based training, the apprenticeship offers a wide-ranging insight into aviation.

The core areas of responsibility include handling business jets and to accompany our passengers from the moment they enter the airport, through baggage check-in, boarding and finally departure to their destination.

Other areas of responsibility include

• flight planning/dispatch,
• lost and found,
• passenger handling,
• ticketing,
• handling large aircraft,
• and warehousing.

• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Strong affinity for aviation
• Previous work experience in the aviation industry is an advantage 
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Professional manners
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Initiative and a sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and problem-solving-oriented work style 
• Ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations
• Valid EU Class B driver's license
