Reporting to the Visa Department Manager, we're on the lookout for a Visa Coordinator to join our team based in Malta. You will play a crucial role in supporting VistaJet crew members by facilitating the acquisition of necessary visas which are essential for the crew to carry out their international flight responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing the entire visa application process, ensuring that all required documentation is accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner. You will help to ensure that the crew can focus on their primary duties of operating international flights without facing delays or legal issues related to travel documentation.

• Daily Management of the Visa team mailbox.
• Day to day filing and administration.
• Taking care of crew visas and passports.
• Keeping track of visa expiry dates and updating visa department database.
• Issuing necessary paperwork for visas and passports renewals.
• Daily contact with crew members and visa providers by emails.
• Visa presentation to new starters in the office.
• Optimisation and improvement of current processes to promote best practise within the department.

• Excellent time and planning management.
• Committed to provide the best support possible to the crew and to the team.
• Meticulous attention to details and commitment to quality and meeting deadlines.
• Team player, but also able to work independently.
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
