We are looking for a motivated MOC Desk Administrator with a strong hands-on mentality.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process, document and update Purchase Orders within the CAMO/MOC department for Parts & Services
  • Process and update maintenance cost tracking tools
  • Communicate with MROs to clarify quotes and cost
  • Support in month end reporting
  • Logistics & Inventory control, tracking of shipments and support in customs clearing processes where needed
  • Coordinate core returns with the MROs and the Camo- Team

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Basic knowledge in the field of business administration within the aerospace industry
  • Ideally first experience working in logistical/ finance function or AOG- desk support
  • Understanding of links between Purchases/ Inventory and cost
  • Basic experience in Customs/ Logistics
  • Experienced in working with MS-Office
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external counterparts
  • Have the right to work in Europe without restriction
  • Good command of English language, both written and spoken
  • Be highly motivated, a great team player with a high level of attention to detail
