The Training Team is a major pillar in the success of the Client Services department, we are responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. We create teaching plans, develop instructional materials, and ensure employees' growth aligns with company goals. Additionally, we need to keep a holistic, end-to-end view of the client journey, leading and executing initiatives that improve the way we work and interact with our clients. This team's fundamental goal is the success of the Client Services Team and making sure they have the best possible tools and training for the job.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver Classroom/on-the-floor training to newly joined account executives (AEs)
  • Deliver recurrent training to AEs as required
  • Shadow and/or coach AEs who require extra support while working in their Teams
  • Execute training phase checks of trainees after the training sessions
  • Periodically evaluate training programs to ensure that they reflect any changes and additions to systems and procedures
  • Support and participate in the creation of all training content
  • Identify & Escalate issues with existing training content
  • Maintain an understanding of training trends, developments and best practices within training Milieu, identify new training ideas and platforms to continuously improve our training methods

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Strong presentation/public speaking skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding in Excel & Powerpoint, Quick learner when it comes to IT systems
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Vistajet
  • Experience in a role that involved an elevated level of communication, e.g., a Trainer, Teacher, or other similar roles is a plu
  • Flexible to Travel to different offices when required
  • Need to be flexible in terms on schedule
  • Motivational and enthusiastic by nature
  • Patient and have Empathy
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Inquisitive about recent training/learning technologies
  • Strong English writing skills
