Our Client Services team is the first point of contact within the business for all our customers; dealing with all aspects of their travel experience as well as liaising with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

 

The Client Services Administrative Executive works closely with the Head of Department on a day-to-day basis, coordinating departmental tasks and other duties.

Your Responsibilities

  • Full ownership and maintenance of the Duty Roster for Client Services having over 220 team members
  • Maintain overview of team coverage, requesting overtime, changing shifts where needed to support Global Coverage
  • Assignment of cover for unmanned teams when required
  • Consolidate reports for Payroll and HR
  • Maintain the Client Services internal website and knowledgebase
  • Maintain data and processes through Smartsheet’s
  • Organise and schedule team meetings
  • Coordinate daily team calls
  • Other General Administrations duties as may be assigned from time to time

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
  • Strong working knowledge of office management software and collaboration tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of Excel, Smartsheet, RotaCloud would be desirable
