We are looking for an experienced Avionics and Systems Engineer to join our CAMO team in Malta. Reporting to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager, you will join a multicultural team in an exciting organisation where no two days are the same.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor, Assess and Manage of OEM Documentation (SB, SL, AOM, etc.) and Airworthiness Directives issued by EASA and applicable authorities;
  • Participate in troubleshooting of technical issues as necessary and be active in communications with OEMs for handling and resolution of fleet issues;
  • Control progress and development of engineering projects or fleet campaigns;
  • Co-ordinate and Review aircraft documentation for completeness and correctness as well as the resulting updating of internal systems and records;
  • Ensure the Continuous Airworthiness of the fleet by reviewing aircraft releases and shop documentation;
  • Creation and revision of internal procedures, instructions and technical information;
  • Support other departments across the company for the day to day needs;
  • Any additional task as may be assigned by the line manager or the Continuous Airworthiness Manager as necessary.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Engineering degree from aeronautical, electrical, electronic, avionic or equivalent qualification;
  • Two years' experience minimum of avionics industry experience in an appropriate position;  CAMO experience is considered an asset;
  • Experience with applicable EASA regulations, maintenance methods and application of aviation safety standards;
  • High determination, flexibility, service orientation and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-specialised team and environment;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English;
