Vista Aircraft Maintenance Baden-Baden GmbH is looking for a new team member to prepare all relevant aspects for the billing of maintenance events.

• Overseeing ongoing maintenance events from an expense-side perspective
• Comparing cost estimates with actual expenditures during and after each measure
• Monitoring clocked working hours per individual task and tracking expenditures for parts and materials
• Checking work packages for plausibility and identifying of deviations from standards and investigations on causes
• Preparing all invoice items aligned with performed work packages for transfer to the accounting department for final invoicing
• Coordinating with various internal departments, particularly technical planning and accounting
• Preparing month-end reports and statistics
• Analyzing historical data and preparing cost forecasts to support budget preparation

• Completed apprenticeship in administration or a technical field
• Experience in either the aviation/MRO environment or in invoicing/administrative tasks
• Affinity for working with data and numbers
• Attention to detail and process oriented
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently after the onboarding phase
• Communicative, motivated, and a good team player
• Very good command of written and spoken English; German is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills; confident in using Outlook and general software tools
• Ability to obtain airside clearance and a ZUP in Germany; ideally already in possession of a valid background check (ZÜP)
• Legal right to work in the EU/Germany
