This role serves as a key enabler for the XO Marketplace business, by partnering with Sales, Analytics, Data Science, and Operator Success to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth and operational performance, working closely with the Chief Business Officer to highlight and priotise growth focus for the business.
You will gather, interpret, and use complex data to inform sales insights and AI models to set the stage for hyper growth and will play a key role in aligning data insights with cross-departmental projects and sprint execution— enabling the successful delivery of growth initiatives and ensuring teams are equipped with the tools and visibility to execute effectively. This role is crucial for turning analysis into action and driving coordinated progress toward commercial targets.
As the role evolves, you’ll have increasing ownership of growth initiatives, including revenue growth and margin optimization, maximizing operator profit pools through data-driven growth strategies, streamlining operations, and nurturing a high-performance culture. Success will require curiosity, initiative, and the ability to connect data with impact across teams.
You will shape and communicate commercial priorities, establish clear and effective performance tracking frameworks, and optimize business processes.
