We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to oversee the daily operations of our stock locker and support logistics for VistaJet flights. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth coordination of onboard inventory, managing stock levels, and liaising with multiple stakeholders including crew, suppliers, and the purchasing team. The successful candidate will ensure Vista Global is consistently represented to the highest standard while maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing emergency stock requests, and supporting purchasing activities using SAP/Neptune systems. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills who thrives working independently and as part of a team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the stock locker
  • Ensure VistaGlobal is always extremely well represented
  • Be on hand to assist with the coordination of any ongoing services/requirements relating to VistaJet flights
  • Occasionally assist with the collection of items relating to customer flights/requests
  • Manage Inventory levels of onboard stock including but not limited to issuing of stock (both physically & on the web platform
  • Receiving and booking in stock deliveries
  • Preparation of emergency stock requests
  • Cycle counting
  • Stock taking
  • Liasing with crew on stock orders
  • Liasing with purchasing on inventory levels / reorder / stock write offs and expiration dates
  • Liasing with suppliers as necessary
  • Use of SAP/neptune software
  • Assist in the logisitics of goods from point to point
  • Tracking purchasing activities and measurements
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Assist in analysing and providing data to monitor performances and plan improvements 

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Secondary level of education
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written; other languages are
    considered an asset
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Team player, self-driven, someone who takes their own initiative and is enthusiastic
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Highly responsible and happy to work autonomously
  • Creative thinking, resourcefulness, acting on your feet and good problem-solving abilities
  • Experience of SAP MM and/or Neptune software considered an asset
