Job Profile

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager, Finance. This role requires excellent communication skills and being able to translate complex concepts into clear, simple, language.
Commercial awareness of your work's impact is important, and familiarity with SQL/R/Python (or equivalent data analysis) is essential.

Your Responsibilities

· Hands-on product management of Vista Global’s various in-house and COTS Financial Systems

· Build and nurture strong relationships with internal users from sales, flight Ops, finance and business partners to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and drive user satisfaction

· Responsible for gathering product requirements and translating these into clear, actionable user stories for engineering.

· Collaborate with engineering, business, and other cross-functional teams to prioritise features, plan releases and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

· Track progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

· Help test new features, identify bugs, and ensure smooth releases.

· Create post-release documentation and user guides.

· Monitor product performance metrics and suggest enhancements.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Equivalent work experience or non-traditional pathways into product management will also be considered.

· Data analysis – e.g. with SQL / R / Python

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts into clear, simple language.

· A curious mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

· Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
