Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Technical Planner (w/m/d) to join our Baden Baden team on a permamnent basis, working Monday-Friday. As a Technical Planner, you will play a key role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations by preparing and managing technical documentation for Vista’s business jet fleet and third-party customers. This role involves close collaboration with internal CAMO, supply chain teams, and external partners to ensure maintenance projects are well-coordinated and executed efficiently. You’ll lead work scopes, prepare and validate work packages, and provide remote support during AOG events. The ideal candidate brings technical training, aviation regulation knowledge, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation of maintenance and repair documentation for our business jet fleet and occasionally for third-party customers
  • Communication and cooperation with the internal CAMO as well as external customers
  • Project lead of the ongoing scope of work in close collaboration with the MX team
  • Preparation of work packages in close coordination with the Supply Chain Department, manufacturers and suppliers
  • Documentation, adjustment or approval of work packages together with CAMO
  • Remote Off-Base support in case of AOG events

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • You have completed technical vocational training and have relevant professional experience, ideally in an aeronautical engineering environment
  • Basic knowledge about EASA Part-145 / Part-M as well as aviation law regulations
  • Confident user of MRO-software and the MS-office package
  • Team and solution-oriented approach to work while keeping a cool head, even in stressful situations
  • Self-organized, structured and reliable personality with high self-initiative
  • Fluent communication in written + spoken English, German is a benefit
  • A big plus: you are already holding a valid ZUP for Germany
  • Valid driver’s license for cars
