Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce System Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, supporting users, improving processes, and ensuring our Salesforce platform is used effectively to drive business success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce administration, configuration, and support.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Perform regular system maintenance including data integrity checks, backups, and updates.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom views for business stakeholders.
  • Hands on with the design, development and testing of flows and other automation tools.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Performing mass data imports/exports using API or various import tools.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; recommend improvements.
  • Support the delivery of both short- and long-term projects as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data management.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and AppExchange apps.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance)
  • Knowledge of data import tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
