Vista’s Operations team provides the operating and planning system as well as services related to flight preparation. These include flight and route planning, and trip support services ranging from all ground arrangements to permits and fuel for global Vista Members’ fleet of aircraft.​

Flight Operations is crucial in making sure all ground arrangements and flight planning allow our iconic fleet of silver and red business jets get to where they need to go, efficiently and safely, to 187 countries worldwide.

To succeed in this role, you will use the highest standards to attention to detail to ensure a seamless experience for our wider Flight Operations team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist VFS OPS and the various OCC teams on their daily duties if required and as requested by the TM’s or Ops Planning Seniors; 
• Requesting ground handling, airport slots, overflight and landing permits as per established procedures 
• Keeping systems and databases updated with the most accurate and actual information on the status of the preparation of flights during the planning stage 

• Perform any other tasks delegated by the Manager Operations Planning Team or the Director of Global Operations from time to time. 
• Observing and researching international travel restrictions applicable to individuals for the areas and type of flights required by VistaJet’s operations;
• Observing and researching International travel restrictions applicable to Commercial and Private non-revenue flights for the areas and type of flights required by VJ operations;
• Maintain shared databases;
• Assess VistaJet’s flights against restrictions as well as:
  • Liaise with the respective client services team,
  • Define flight preparation requirements,
  • Make advance flight preparation requirements.
• Create operational feasibility checks under the supervision of the Duty Manager and Operations supervisor;

• Excellent English language skills, including advanced spelling and grammar that will enable you to communicate clearly;
• You’re able to maintain accuracy, a strong attention to detail and deliver punctually even when working under pressure;
• Experience within an Aviation setting is preferred
