Your Responsibilities

  • Classification and analysis of the safety reports collected via the Safety Reporting System
  • Investigation of flight safety events, writing and related investigation reports, including possible recommendations
  • Development and improvement of hazards logs 
  • Creation of internal safety promotion publications 
  • Day-to-day investigative safety research 
  • Management and delivery of safety-related training 

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Degree in aviation/aerospace/safety engineering, with preferred certifications in accident investigation and SMS

  • Background in aviation safety, flight operations, and incident investigation (2–7+ years typical).

  • Strong understanding of aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and safety analysis tools.

  • Proficiency in root-cause analysis methods, data interpretation, and reconstructing events from evidence.

  • Excellent technical writing, report preparation, and clear communication.

  • High attention to detail, critical thinking, discretion, ability to work under pressure, travel readiness, and teamwork.
