Degree in aviation/aerospace/safety engineering, with preferred certifications in accident investigation and SMS
Background in aviation safety, flight operations, and incident investigation (2–7+ years typical).
Strong understanding of aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and safety analysis tools.
Proficiency in root-cause analysis methods, data interpretation, and reconstructing events from evidence.
Excellent technical writing, report preparation, and clear communication.
High attention to detail, critical thinking, discretion, ability to work under pressure, travel readiness, and teamwork.
