Job Profile

The Junior Project Manager is responsible for supporting and managing IT and cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Infrastructure, this role focuses on exceptional coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication while gaining experience in full project lifecycle management. The Junior PM will play a critical role in driving smaller independent across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

  • Manage small to medium-sized projects from initiation through closure with minimal supervision.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk logs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed on schedule.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned projects, facilitating communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Communicate project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively to stakeholders.

Process & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to established project management processes and methodologies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements, tools, and workflows.
  • Support project closure activities, lessons learned, documentation reviews, and success analysis.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Partner with business units to gather requirements and validate project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and other external partners as needed.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT operations, or related project-based roles.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with IT environments (infrastructure and applications) is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to convey information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
