Job Profile

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented UX Designer to shape the digital experience of Vista Global’s internal technology platforms used across all departments, including Consumer, Sales, Client Services, Flight Operations, and Finance. The role is responsible for designing intuitive, efficient, and visually consistent user interfaces that enhance the daily workflows of our global teams.

Vista Tech plays a vital role in the Vista group operations by delivering and accelerating comprehensive technology solutions across all brands. Vista’s end-to-end and click-to-flight solutions offer the industry's only comprehensive flight booking platform, seamlessly integrating global operations, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize pricing and fleet movement.

Your Responsibilities

The UX Designer will sit within the Product Management organization and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to research user needs, develop design concepts, and create high-quality prototypes that align with Vista Global’s product vision and design standards.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business and user needs into well-structured UX solutions and detailed design deliverables.
  • Develop and conceptualize UX strategies for internal tools supporting cross-departmental operations.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, sitemaps, and storyboards to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Design UI components and patterns that adhere to Vista Global’s branding and style guidelines.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Define personas, user journeys, and task flows to support feature discovery and prioritization.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of design specifications and accessibility standards.
  • Leverage analytics and feedback to iterate on existing interfaces and continuously improve usability.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles within the product organization.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of design systems, patterns, and user experience guidelines.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Information Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional certification in UX design is a plus.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a UX, UI, or Product Designer, ideally within enterprise or internal tool environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full design life-cycle - from research and ideation through testing and implementation.
  • Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and design system management.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to effectively convey design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A user-focused mindset with a passion for improving internal workflows and business processes through thoughtful design.
