We are seeking a hands-on Director of Product Management to lead our product organization with vision, execution, and direct involvement. This role requires not only strategic thinking but also the ability to roll up your sleeves, dive into details, and drive outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with exceptional communication skills, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders while delivering innovative products that meet customer needs.

Strategic & Hands-On Leadership

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Actively participate in product discovery, design reviews, and roadmap prioritization.
• Balance high-level strategy with tactical involvement in day-to-day product decisions.

Communication & Collaboration

• Serve as a key voice of product strategy across the organization.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Build strong relationships with business teams, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless execution.

Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Provide direct coaching and feedback to elevate team performance.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration across all levels.

Execution Excellence

• Drive prioritization and resource allocation across product initiatives.
• Ensure agile best practices are implemented and continuously improved.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Ability to be both strategic and hands-on in product development.

• Strong track record of delivering successful products.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution under tight timelines.
• Experience managing product portfolios.
