The Operations Control Centre serves as the central hub for day-of-operations across the fleet. The team monitors all active flights, coordinates logistics across departments, and makes real-time decisions to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. As a Crew Scheduler, you will be maximizing flight crew utilization to ensure the most efficient use of the fleet. You will develop an extensive knowledge of industry regulations to accurately schedule crew for flight duties. Full training will be provided for all new joiners and supported by a growing team within our Operations Center.
To succeed as a Crew Scheduler, you will be a strategic problem-solver who can see the bigger picture, while also giving attention to details in the crew scheduling process. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Vista's OCC covers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In this role you will work a shift pattern including both day and night shifts. Shift pattern timings will be agreed between you and your manager.
