Job Profile

The International EVP of Marketing is responsible for creating, capturing and converting demand for VistaJet and XO in all markets outside of the Americas.

Reporting to the Global Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead a global, multi-channel marketing organization, and own the end-to-end international demand engine. Your focus is to drive pipeline growth, accelerate conversion, increase customer lifetime value, and support sustained revenue growth across the Vista group.

Success in this role depends on your ability to lead through others.. It will be critical for you to cultivate relationships and share your knowledge and insights with the marketing team and closely collaborate with Sales to drive conversion and commercial impact.

This is a highly commercial role. Success will be defined by your ability to translate strategy into results, set clear performance expectations, and lead teams against ambitious, data-driven KPIs. You will act as a true business partner to Sales and Commercial Leadership, with shared accountability for pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

MARKETING PLANNING

  • Own the international marketing strategy, with clear alignment to commercial and revenue objectives
  • Define, implement, and continuously optimize marketing KPIs across regions, including pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and customer expansion
  • Drive quarterly, monthly, and weekly performance reviews, holding teams accountable to agreed targets and outcomes
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to co-own pipeline targets, revenue contribution, and conversion performance
  • Ensure marketing plans directly support sales priorities, market entry strategies, and growth initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional planning to drive demand for VistaJet and XO with both new prospects and existing customers globally
  • Direct and support market research with internal and external tools, to generate insights that inform commercial decision-making and market prioritization
    Own marketing budgets, ensuring disciplined investment, ROI tracking, and reallocation based on performance
  • Monitor international competitors, evaluate commercial positioning, and develop counterstrategies that protect and grow market share

LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Lead and develop international senior marketing leaders, building capability and ensuring strong succession planning.
  • Drive a high-performing, accountable culture where teams understand their impact on commercial outcomes and are empowered to achieve KPIs.
  • Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to maximise individual and team performance.
  • Drive alignment and collaboration across the global marketing organisation, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities and priorities.


MARKETING EXECUTION

  • Lead the briefing, execution, and optimization of international marketing campaigns with clear commercial objectives and revenue impact
  • Ensure all campaigns are built with defined success metrics, attribution models, and measurement of ROI
  • Partner with Sales to align on priorities across funnel stages, ensuring initiatives drive pipeline growth and winnable deals
  • Drive the creation of differentiated, high-impact marketing strategies and assets that support conversion and deal acceleration
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations on performance dashboards, forecasting, and reporting across teams for continuous improvement
  • Establish a culture of test-and-learn, using data to continuously improve efficiency, effectiveness, and commercial outcomes
  • Maintain global brand standards while enabling locally relevant execution that drives results in each market
  • Champion innovative, multi-channel marketing approaches to maximise the effectiveness of marketing investment and adapt to evolving international markets

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • 10+ years of senior marketing experience with direct accountability for commercial and revenue outcomes
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing, KPI-driven marketing teams in international, growth-oriented companies
  • Exceptional leader and communicator, able to inspire teams while holding them accountable to high standards
  • Highly analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to translate data into decisive action
  • Strategic yet hands-on; comfortable operating at both executive and execution levels
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
    Strong expertise in demand generation, pipeline management, and revenue attribution
  • Deep understanding of commercial performance measurement and HNWI global market dynamics
  • Experience in Luxury Marketing, Aviation and Private Aviation is preferrable but not required
