Your Responsibilities

Business Analyst liaises with Sales, HR, and other functional teams. In addition, the role will provide accounting support ranging from preparation of month end accruals to account reconciliations with goal of ensuring accuracy of reporting. Financial Analyst must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills, and comfortable taking initiative to problem solve.

  • Administer monthly sales compensation plans globally, ensuring payments are accurate/timely and paid in accordance with plan requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of the commissions processes and controls required for accurate payout of commissions.
  • Lead commission statement creation across all eligible personnel worldwide.
  • Aid in researching, addressing salesperson compensation queries to help resolve issues.
  • Liaise with Payroll teams globally to coordinate commission payment submissions.
  • Maintain a working relationship with accounting team to understand monthly reporting and support accurate financial results.
  • Participate in monthly account reconciliation process.
  • Analyze and prepare monthly accruals for expenses, and/or other adjusting entries.
  • Support Year-End Audit thru aggregation of data to support requests.
  • Ad-hoc analysis, research, and reports.
  • Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Recognized degree or professional qualification in statistics, accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools.
  • Organized, Detailed Oriented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP and SalesForce is an advantage.
