We are looking for a VFS Training Administrator to join our growing team in Malta. Reporting to the Head of Training, you will provide administrative and coordination support to enable to smooth onboarding and training for all VFS new starters

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Training, including tasks such as arranging internal meetings, coordinating document distribution, and handling other administrative requirements.
  • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and scheduling of various training activities, including classroom trainings, on-the-job trainings, phase checks, recurrent trainings, bridge trainings, and more.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of training records and staff roles, in the different training and compliance platforms.
  • Updating and maintain the Training manual as directed by the Head of Training
  • Assisting in arranging and coordinating travel for trainees within the VFS department.
  • Assisting in creating or revising training materials as instructed by the section head.
  • Keeping  the Training section on the VFS Confluence page up to date.
  • Adding  and manage training notes on the OCC and VFS roster.
  • Assisting with Ad-hoc training when required, such as OCC Induction for crew members.
  • Maintaining documents in the VFS Document Library, ensuring that all operator aircraft and crew documents uploaded and maintained by the operator's flight operations teams are accurate, while also taking responsibility for specific documents, such as Block permits, that need to be managed from our side.
  • Any other task as delegated by the Head of training or the Director of VFS
