Together you’ll build something extraordinary alongside colleagues who navigate challenges together, celebrate progress, and consistently raise the bar.

Your Responsibilities

The Strategist develops strategic analyses and business cases, evaluates market opportunities and competitive dynamics, and synthesises quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product and business direction. The role also carries end-to-end ownership of assigned project workstreams — driving cross-functional coordination, delivery planning, and execution to ensure strategic initiatives are implemented on time and to a high standard. You operate with full ownership of both your strategy and project management responsibilities.

Strategy & Analysis

  • Develop strategic analyses, business cases, and investment rationales.
  • Evaluate market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and adjacencies.
  • Synthesise quantitative and qualitative data into coherent insights and recommendations.
  • Support product and commercial leadership in framing key decisions.
  • Produce high-quality communication materials for executive audiences.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned strategic initiatives and projects, from scoping through to completion.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate where necessary.
  • Run structured project governance including status reporting, stakeholder updates, and decision logs.
  • Drive accountability across workstream owners to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and sprint reviews as needed.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field. MBA advantageous.
  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related business function.
  • Track record of developing business cases or strategic analyses in a commercial setting.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Ability to produce board-quality strategy documents and presentations.
  • Clear, structured communication for senior audiences.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools.
