Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO)

 

Our Continued Airworthiness Management Organization team is responsible for ensuring the continued airworthiness and regulatory compliance of the fleet. The team tracks maintenance schedules, manages records, and oversees compliance with regulations. CAMO bridges the gap between operations and maintenance, and makes sure that all required work is planned, documented, and completed to standards. 

 

We are looking for a Junior CAMO Engineer who is passionate about working in the aviation industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor, Assess and Manage of OEM Documentation (SB, SL, AOM, etc.) and
    Airworthiness Directives issued by EASA and applicable authorities;
  • Participate in troubleshooting of technical issues as necessary and be active in
    communications with stakeholders for handling and resolution of fleet issues;
  • Control progress and development of engineering projects or fleet campaigns;
  • Co-ordinate and Review aircraft documentation for completeness and
    correctness as well as the resulting updating of internal systems and records;
  • Maintain aircraft records and time control systems on life limited components
    and aircraft maintenance services to ensure compliance with EASA and company
    requirements;
  • Ensure the Continuous Airworthiness of the fleet by reviewing aircraft releases
    and shop documentation;
  • Assist with managing and maintaining aircraft maintenance and reliability
    programmes;
  • Support other departments across the company for the day to day needs;
  • Any additional task as may be assigned by the line manager or the Continuous
    Airworthiness Manager as necessary.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Engineering degree from aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic
    or equivalent qualification;
  • High determination, flexibility, service orientation and ability to work under
    pressure and to deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-specialised team and
    environment;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Passion to work in the aviation industry;
  • Familiarisation with applicable EASA regulations, maintenance methods and
    application of aviation safety standards is considered an asset;
  • Basic knowledge of aircraft system & components would also be
    considered an asset;
