Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO)

 

Our Continued Airworthiness Management Organization team is responsible for ensuring the continued airworthiness and regulatory compliance of the fleet. The team tracks maintenance schedules, manages records, and oversees compliance with regulations. CAMO bridges the gap between operations and maintenance, and makes sure that all required work is planned, documented, and completed to standards. 

 

We are looking for a Technical Records Officer who is passionate about working in the aviation industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review and control of technical records keeping in both digital and paper format
    to ensure they are in compliance with all applicable Regulatory and VistaJet
    Operational Procedures;
  • Ensure accurate input of all the technical records data in the maintenance tracking
    tools in a timely manner;
  • Digitise and archive any technical and traceability documents when necessary;
  • Updating of Aircraft, Engines, APU & Batteries logbooks;
  • Check, track, manage and archive all aircraft books, including Defect Techlogs,
    Hold Item Lists and Journey Logs, where applicable;
  • Assist CAMO Engineers in Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) management,
    as required;
  • Support CAMO Engineering Manager during airworthiness audits;
  • Communicate effectively with and support the CAMO Engineering and other
    VistaJet CAMO departments as necessary;
  • Assist the Engineering Manager during aircraft phase-in and phase-out processes
    with document management and logistical arrangements;
  • Ensure that all communication initiated with providers is properly followed and
    controlled, and every effort is made to ensure solutions provided resolve any
    discrepancies identified as time-effectively as possible;
  • Any additional task as may be assigned by the line manager or the Continuous
    Airworthiness Manager as necessary.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • High attention to detail, critical thinking, meticulousness in documentation
    review and positive attitude towards continuous learning;
  • High determination, flexibility, service orientation and ability to work under
    pressure and to deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-specialised and multicultural
    team and environment;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English;
  • Passion to work in the aviation industry;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Aircraft technical apprenticeship training, scientific/engineering degree, or equivalent qualification is considered an asset;
  • Familiarisation with applicable EASA regulations EASA regulations, maintenance methods and application of aviation safety standards would be considered an asset;
  • Basic knowledge of aircraft system & components would be considered an asset;
