Working at Vista

A career at Vista means stepping into an environment where you’re trusted with real autonomy and responsibility from day one. Whether you're keeping our aircraft airworthy, flying our clients across the globe, or working in one of our corporate teams, you’ll move fast, deliver impact quickly, and grow through handson learning and close collaboration within a supportive global community.

You’ll play an active role in shaping a transforming organization by improving processes, challenging norms, and driving meaningful change. And throughout, you’ll take pride in making the impossible possible for a worldwide client base.

Together you’ll build something extraordinary alongside colleagues who navigate challenges together, celebrate progress, and consistently raise the bar.

Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO)

Our Continued Airworthiness Management Organization team is responsible for ensuring the continued airworthiness and regulatory compliance of the fleet. The team tracks maintenance schedules, manages records, and oversees compliance with regulations. CAMO bridges the gap between operations and maintenance, and makes sure that all required work is planned, documented, and completed to standards.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking Aircraft Parts & Inventory Specialist to join our Malta Head Office.

The main purpose of this role is to perform all functions related to sourcing, buying, and repair of materials. Working closely with Maintenance Operations Control and the rest of VistaJet’s maintenance teams, you will be responsible for sourcing of materials to secure the best value for the company, writing purchase orders, and generating repair orders.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will perform all functions related to sourcing, buying and repair of materials.
  • Expediting parts to clear departure delays due to maintenance;
  • Coordinating with MOC and Maintenance Planning to ensure that all materials arrive in anticipation of changes in planned maintenance;
  • Communicate and resolve aircraft material issues with Engineering, Maintenance, and Maintenance Planning
  • Tracking shipment orders to delivery;
  • Posting and updating the daily handover report to assure an accurate information flow with MOC;
  • Performing clerical duties as assigned, participating in the daily team meeting and some ‘on-call’ duties as required.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • You do not need to have previous experience in aviation or aircraft materials to be successful in this role.
  • We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, proactive and willing to learn. You should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, able to manage priorities and have the confidence to communicate with different teams.
  • Most importantly, you should have a positive attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. The aviation specific knowledge, systems and processes can be learned on the job, with training and support provided by the team.
  • The role also includes on call duties on a rotational basis, on weekends and public holidays.
  • If you are motivated, adaptable, enjoy solving problems and are willing to learn, we would be happy to hear from you.
