A&P Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist Technicians with periodic checks and operations on aircraft and engines in accordance with work instructions, maintenance task cards, maintenance manuals and other applicable data.

- Notifies Maintenance Control and or the Quality department immediately about any conditions that would create a problem relating to parts, materials, airworthiness, or workmanship.
- Debrief with flight crews to ensure content of discrepancies is accurate and correct.
- XO MRT Teams will troubleshoot aircraft systems, research parts, and research various documentation alongside of MX Control, QA and OEM support teams.
- MRT Team members must be able to maintain the truck and tooling as required or schedule in for maintenance as directed by the MRT Manager
- Assist in solving problems in the field with limited support.
- Maintains perseverance and professionalism.
- Assist in reviewing workorders for accuracy, and ensure agreed work is complied with in conjunction with the XO MXC teams and Planning Department
- Ensure work orders and turnovers are complete and work is precisely described.
- Assist in Ordering parts, shipping parts, receiving parts, and checking documentation for accuracy as required while working with the Maintenance Procurement team.
- Help ensure proper maintenance techniques, tooling and appropriate care for the AC and loose equipment are employed while maintenance is being performed.

Role overview
You will always provide the highest standards of safety and comfort. You will be solely responsible for the entire cabin experience focusing on inflight service and cabin presentation.
You will be supported by our global teams who will ensure you have all the support you need behind the scenes to create a unique tailored experience; from the moment your customers arrive.
You will work for 17 days on and have 13 days off, this pattern of working is protected by our teams to ensure stability for you, although at times a degree of flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities
- Safely managing daily maintenance requirements of the fleet in a timely manner.
- Directing communications and assignment of specific maintenance events to the appropriate internal subject matter experts for timely solution to the event.

The Crew Scheduler position is available on-site in Columbus, OH. There’s never been a more exciting time to join our team. You will utilize strategic problem-solving skills to provide attention to detail in the crew scheduling process. Join a highly functioning team on a rotating schedule of first, second, and third shifts, with four days on and four days off. You will receive all the training necessary to gain knowledge of the position and the industry.

Crew Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Resource planning/scheduling of flight crew to ensure maximum utilization of the fleet.
- Monitor crew duties to ensure compliance within industry-required limits.
- Inform flight crew of changes that occur to their rosters.
- Coordinate flight crew accommodations and transportation.
- Coordinate roster changes in case of sickness or other unavailability at short notice.
- Update and maintain respective databases and tracking programs.
- Perform other tasks/duties assigned by the instructions of the Reporting Manager.
Crew Scheduler Qualifications:
- Two or more years of flight/ground transportation/operations experience
- One or more years of experience maintaining rosters, resource planning, or moving people around at large volumes.
- One year of customer service or office experience
- Working knowledge of FAA 135.267 rule set - preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels of staff to ensure crew are fully aware and briefed on their roster and any changes.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Has good mathematical and data analytic skills
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize, and communicate project status.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Solutions-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently.

Pilot Requirements:
- Current First Class Medical Certificate

- Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served by our Vista Family of Companies
