Vista Flight Support is a service provider to all operating partners within the Vista group. Vista clients have flown to over 1,900 airports in 96% of the world's countries, we have never done the same flight twice in 20 years. Vista Flight Support provides the operating and planning system as well as services related to flight preparation. These include flight and route planning, and trip support services ranging from all ground arrangements to permits and fuel for global Vista Members’ fleet of over 360 aircraft.
Much like the travel plans of Vista’s clients, our horizons and resources are always expanding, which is why Vista Flight Support is seeking highly motivated Flight Support Agents to join our global team.
Reporting to the Head of Vista Flight Support, you will work with Vista’s operating partners across both FAA and EASA regulatory environments, including VistaJet Limited, XOJET Aviation, Jet Edge, VistaJet GmbH, and many more.
Throughout your career with Vista Flight Support, you will be able to have your work-life balance in focus with the possibility for remote, hybrid or office work, across multiple global locations on completion of training.
Entering the business as a Flight Support Agent, you will have the opportunity to move internally across the Vista group in one of our Operator’s OCC teams, or become specialized in-flight planning, training, Flight Planning Systems, or even grow towards management roles.

- Valid PART FCL F-ATPL or ATPL (Non French DGAC or UK CAA)
- Valid PART FCL CLASS 1 Medical
- Right to live and work in the EU or UK

Much like the travel plans of our clients, our horizons and resources are always expanding which is why VistaJet is seeking highly motivated Crew Schedulers to join VistaJet’s OCC in Luqa, Malta.
Reporting to the Head of OCC, you will be maximizing flight crew utilization to ensure the most efficient use of the fleet. As a Crew Scheduler, you will develop an extensive knowledge of industry regulations to accurately schedule crew for flight duties. Full training will be provided for all new joiners and supported by a growing team within our Operations Center.
Throughout your career with VistaJet you will have the opportunity to work across all facets of flight operations. Starting as a Crew Scheduler with potential to progress to other roles within OCC and get more involved in flight following, fleet scheduling, operational feasibility, or as a Duty Manager, overseeing and ensuring smooth aircraft operations of the entire company.

As a result of continued growth within VistaJet we are currently seeking to add a talented Agusta 189 rated pilot to complement our current team of pilots to be based out of Milan.
The ideal candidate:
- Will be an Agusta 189 rated pilot
- Must have 3500+ flight hours of which 500+ hours must be on type
- Must have 500+ hours instrument time
- Must have a current and valid Part FCL License and Medical
- Must have a current and valid passport

Vista Aircraft Maintenance is the in-house maintenance provider for the Vista Members’ fleet, which comprises over 300 light, super mid-size, long-range and ultra-long-range aircraft. Vista Aircraft Maintenance has multiple maintenance hubs strategically located across the U.S. and Europe. By investing in internal maintenance, Vista is able to prioritize the highest standards of service, safety, security, reliability, and value, demonstrating a continued commitment to providing a seamless service to clients globally. Vista Aircraft Maintenance offers a robust regional support network for Vista’s growing fleet, with one the leading base maintenance facilities in the world, taking care since 2004.
Due to expansion, we currently have vacancies for EASA Licenced Engineers to join our Line/MRT team. We are looking for people who are flexible in their hours worked, willing to deploy at short notice on overseas trips, but most importantly of all, team players. We work in a fast paced, ever changing environment, operate at airports around the UK and on MRT (Maintenance Recovery Team) to recover aircraft within our fleets all around Europe & ROW. You will be reporting to the Line Maintenance Manager.
