Flight Operations Admin Support position available in Columbus, OH. The Flight Operations Admin Support team supports various departments/teams with document storage, records update, report creating and process management. They also support Flight Operations in areas of crew documentation, flight reports and aircraft documentation. This position currently reports to the VP, Flight Operations Administration.

Your Responsibilities
- Maintain current and accurate data for all incoming and current company aircraft
- Data entry, tracking, and organizing aircraft documentation and insurance
- Assist with onboarding tasks of new crew members in partnership with Human Resources, Training, and Flight Operations
- Provide administrative support to the Training and Flight Operation Departments
- Document and maintain company procedures for a wide range of essential tasks
- Assign web-based training to crew members and verify completion to ensure crew members are properly qualified
- Communicate daily with the VP, Flight Operations Administration to provide department status updates
- Maintain security of records to ensure access, removal, and edits are managed in compliance with the department operating procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required education and experience
- At least 1 year of administrative or data entry experience within the aviation industry
- High school Diploma or GED
- Proven results in an administrative role or similar
- Strong attention to detail while performing duties with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking effectively, prioritizing appropriately, and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive data
- Proficiency with all MS Suite tools and eagerness to learn and master new software

Simulator Technician position available in Bay City, WI. The Simulator Technician will assist or perform tasks to maintain the Level D Flight Simulator to meet and comply with regulatory and company standards, ensuring the Sim is ready to support all scheduled training/checkride events. The Sim Technician will perform the required pre-flight and Daily Function Checks. When a problem arises, the Sim Tech shall conduct the necessary corrective actions, including troubleshooting and repair, and occasionally interface with the manufacture or vendor, in a timely manner to return the Sim back to service in the shortest time possible.
This is a full-time position with core hours of work being normal business hours. However, this position does require schedule flexibility to meet the Sim demand which could include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Simulator Technician Responsibilities:
- Preflight and inter session (sanitize, flip all switches to standard positions, and make sure it is ready for the next crew) on the Simulator.
- The Sim Tech shall perform all required updates.
- The Sim Tech shall provide total Customer Care that includes housekeeping duties, and occasionally assist the Training Department by operating the Instructor Operator Station.

Crew Scheduler Responsibilities:

Tactical Controller position available in Columbus, OH. As a Tactical Controller, you will be responsible for the Tactical Phase of the flight which starts on the first day of operation and ends after the flight has completed all post-flight operations. Your Responsibilities
- Ensures that all inspections are properly performed, and the documents required for compliance are properly executed.
- Work with vendors to correct any discrepancies as noted during work order reviews.
- Perform Return to Service (RTS) work order reviews.
- Assists the Chief Inspector in assuring the airworthiness and reliability of aircraft, components, and accessories.

- Assist in monitoring time limitations and specifications of all time and cycle-controlled inspections, special inspections, replacement of parts and overhauls as contained in the Aircraft maintenance manuals and relevant tech publications.
- Assist in maintaining a current list of employees qualified in the inspection of required inspection items, (RII) & in monitoring the RII list of all contract agencies performing work for the company to insure qualified RII personnel are used.
- Compile data for the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance Program when required.
- Stay current with applicable airworthiness directives, CFARs, operation specifications, type certificate data sheets, service bulletins, maintenance manuals, and revisions.
Required education and experience
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant certificate.
- Minimum three years aviation experience.
- IA with prior inspection experience is preferred.
- Light body aircraft experience, preferrably Citation.
- Must be familiar with computerized maintenance tracking programs (i.e., CAMP).

FinancialSupport
Red Wing Aviation offers financial support for pilot training up to and include Commercial Multi-engine rating. RWA will reimburse employees after the successful completion of each certificate obtained. This is approved by the Director of Operations and covered in the 24-month service agreement.

Financial support is contingent upon continued progression in training.
This will be tracked and assessed by a FOM including:

Type Rating

The training provided will include a PIC type rating, ATP/CTP course and company specific training. The cost is established in a training contract and pro rata over 12 months.

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic checks and operations on aircraft and engines in accordance with work instructions.
- Utilize line service skills and technical knowledge to inspect, repair, and modifyaircraft and/or aircraft systems and components efficiently, while properly documenting all work performed.
- Utilize knowledge of computer systems to troubleshoot aircraft systems, research parts, and research various documentation alongside MX Control, QA and OEM support teams.
- Perform deferrals in accordance with deferral procedures and MEL Manual.

- Debrief with flight crews to ensure content of discrepancies is accurate and correct.

- Order/ ship/receive parts and check documentation for accuracy; work collaboratively with the Maintenance Procurement team.
- Review vendor facilities to ensure proper maintenance techniques, tooling and appropriate care for the AC and loose equipment are employed while maintenance is being performed.
Requirements, Education and Experience Desired:
- A valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate (A&P Certificate)
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience on turbine powered aircraft, preferably on like type aircraft (Global / Challenger / CE750 / CE560)
- Must have the ability to maintain RII qualifications for Fleet types of assigned aircraft.
- Past Part 135 maintenance work

Your Responsibilities
- Processes and actions requisition for parts purchase submitted by mx control, planning and site managers with appropriate warranty review, aircraft contract application and correct vendor selection. Situational awareness of aircraft maintenance event is imperative and critical. Responsible for identifying and properly processing cores and warranty transactions, as necessary.
