We are seeking experienced Captains to join the Vista America team.
Join us at an in-person Vista America information session and interview in Sydney (December 13 &14) and Perth (December 16 &17).
Captains flying for Vista America will be part of a world leading private aviation network – organizational stability, professional growth and career advancement all while maintaining seniority number. Vista America pilots are supported during every flight by operational control center, flight operations managers, fleet chiefs and chief pilot, maintenance control and A&P mechanics – 24/7/365 access to the support you need.
Vista America will provide you:
- Legal and financial support to obtain and renew your E-3 visa
- Green Card Pathway program
- FAA ATP - course and exam programmed into your training schedule
- Guaranteed base income/compensation PLUS bonus opportunities

Guaranteed Base Income/compensation as Captain on Citation Ultra or Excel $215,477 AUD.
Plus opportunity to earn year 1st year performance bonus $10,765 AUD
Plus flight Hour bonus > 600 hours $15,378 AUD

Plus retention bonus after each of 3, 6 and 9 years of service
Plus per diem $115 AUD Domestic / $185 AUD International
After 18 months of service, you are eligible to bid to advance your career to larger aircraft including Challenger 300/350, GIV, G450, Global 5000 and Global 7500 – all while maintaining your seniority.
Captain minimum requirements:
- 2,500 hours fixed-wing time
- 1,500 hours PIC
- 1000 hours multi-engine
- 1000 hours turbine
- 150 hours logged IFR

- Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served by our Vista Family of Companies
- Authorization to work in the United States
- 150 hours flight time in previous 365 days/30 hours in previous 90 days
Light/Mid Jet Minimums:
- ATP Rated
- Typed in aircraft (preferred, not required)
