Flight Operations Manager (FOM) is available in Columbus, OH.  The Flight Operations Manger is responsible for a group of aircraft types, (usually from a single manufacturer). Oversees the effective management and support of the fleet to meet and maintain safety, efficiency and service standards. Acts for the Director of Operations in matters delegated or assigned to him/her and may act for him/her in his/her absence. Ensures all simulator training profiles are completed in accordance with the training program in a timely manner, as defined by the Director of Training. - Direct the implementation of existing, new, or revised flight operations policies and procedures. - Ensures all logistical procedures including handover checklists, documentation distribution and aircraft equipment distribution are implemented and monitored effectively. - Maintain a full understanding of Jet Edge’s GOM, OpSpecs, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.   Safety Responsibilities: - Ensures a safe and secure operation, including cabin operations, in coordination with the Safety and Compliance Manager, the Security Manager and the Fleet Safety Officers. - Closely cooperates with the Safety Department to provide solutions in setting up the necessary preventative actions to avoid incidents in the future. - Attends regular management meetings as described in the Safety Management Manual. - Communicates accidents/incidents and occurrences as he becomes aware to the Fleet Safety Officers in a timely manner. - Informs the Safety Department of changes which might affect safety for which a Management of Change is required. - Acts on actions raised in Centrik Safety Module within the due date. The Ground Experience Representative arrive at the FBO in advance of a flight, ensure all catering has been delivered per specifications, meet and greet clients at the FBO, coordinate ground transportation arrangements, and assist crew members with restocking of aircraft or service related requests. In the event of irregular operations such as delayed flights, the Ground Experience Representative will assist clients with alternate arrangements.   In addition to service related functions, the Ground Experience Representative will observe all K9 bag searches conducted by contract vendors.   To be successful in this role, the Ground Experience Representative must be a self-motivated multitasker able to work with no supervision. The G450 Maintenance Manager position is available in Van Nuys, CA and provides technical assistance and labor for all problems associated with aircraft repairs. The Maintenance Manager coordinates with the MX control department to ensure a safe, efficient repair and timely return to service of the aircraft.  This individual will be responsible for informing the owners of scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance events as well as providing financial approvals and escalations. The Flight Data and Safety Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, management, and continuous improvement the company’s Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) Program and Aircraft Safety Action Program (ASAP) in accordance with FAA and ICAO guidelines. This position monitors safety issues, provides safety education, investigates incidents/accidents, and provides support to employees to ensure compliance.
