Communicates this information to MX Control and re-reviews ongoing projects as needed to meet operator expectations. - Communicates with MX Control about status, budget, and work approvals on a regular basis. - Performs final review of work order to ensure in terms of financial accuracy and performance. Confirming that all labor and parts are accurately billed. These reviews should be done on an ongoing basis to correct them prior to RTS. - Any excessive labor application should immediately be brought to the Supervisor or Leads attention so that they may confirm validity and make any required corrections. - Any completed work orders that exceed the allotted labor hours should be brough to the attention of management for review.     Required Experience, Qualifications, and Education:  - Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred - Experience in Part 145 corporate aircraft maintenance preferred. Technical Records Specialist is available onsite in Columbus, Ohio. The role of a Technical Records Specialist is crucial in ensuring the accurate collection, organization, and maintenance of aircraft records. This position involves transcribing data into electronic maintenance tracking databases, conducting audits to uphold data integrity, and facilitating compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. The Technical Records Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive historical records for all aircraft, engines, and related components, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of aviation operations. The Liaison Engineer (LE) will provide technical engineering support for Vista Americas fleet of Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Textron aircraft with a focus on increasing fleet availability and overall aircraft reliability. The LE will be responsible for building in depth knowledge across all aircraft systems (Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Avionic & Electronic, Mechanical, etc.)  and related maintenance practices to facilitate the development and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.   The LE develops and uses various forms of aircraft data, analysis, and performance data to improve reliability, quality, and service life of aircraft systems.
