Crew Scheduler is available in Columbus, OH. As a Crew Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling crew for flight duties. You will utilize strategic problem-solving skills to provide attention to detail in the crew scheduling process. Join a highly functioning team on a rotating schedule of first, second, and third shifts, with four days on and four days off. You will receive all the training necessary to gain knowledge of the position and the industry.

Role overview
You will always provide the highest standards of safety and comfort. You will be solely responsible for the entire cabin experience focusing on inflight service and cabin presentation.
You will be supported by our global teams who will ensure you have all the support you need behind the scenes to create a unique tailored experience; from the moment your customers arrive.
You will work for 17 days on and have 13 days off, this pattern of working is protected by our teams to ensure stability for you, although at times a degree of flexibility may be required.
The fluidity of this role is what makes it exciting and unique to the world of VistaJet, essentially everyday will be a new adventure.
You will be asked to choose a preferred base from our extensive list, this gives you flexibility and of course stability in calling your base, home. You will proceed from this base on day 1 and return on day 17.

Pilot Simulator (SIM) Instructor is available in Columbus, OH. The SIM Instructor will provide classroom and simulator training to support Part 135 and Part 142 operations. This will include training program development, simulator support, and ground instruction for Company INDOC, as well as aircraft systems training.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver ground training for new hire and recurrent training programs
- Print, maintain and distribute training material, handouts, documentation for students
- Present classroom instruction for pilots on any Part 135, Part 142, or XO/VistaJet training courses.

Simulator Technician is available in Bay City, WI. The Simulator Technician will assist or perform tasks to maintain the Level D Flight Simulator to meet and comply with regulatory and company standards, ensuring the Simulator is ready to support all scheduled training/check-ride events. The Simulator Technician will perform the required pre-flight and daily function checks. When a problem arises, the Simulator Technician will conduct the necessary corrective actions, including troubleshooting, and repairs, and occasionally interface with the manufacturer or vendor to return the simulator to service in the shortest time possible.
This is a full-time position with core hours of work being normal business hours. However, this position does require schedule flexibility to meet the Sim demand which could include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Your Responsibilities:
- Preflight and inter session (sanitize, flip all switches to standard positions, and make sure it is ready for the next crew) on the Simulator
- The Sim Tech shall perform all required updates
- The Sim Tech shall provide total Customer Care that includes housekeeping duties, and occasionally assist the Training Department by operating the Instructor Operator Station.
- Daily function checks when requested
- Troubleshooting and resolution of a Sim problem.
- Housekeeping duties for the Sim and Sim Bay/Office
- System Quality Management System tasks
- Hardware modifications and repairs
- Assist/perform duties including parts, repairs, testing and validation
- Perform predictive and preventive maintenance as directed

- Sourcing and writing up Purchase Orders
- Help maintain the company’s IT hardware when time allows
- Set up and maintain Level 6 Sim that we are making a CPT
- Visual alignment and blending whenever necessary
- Accept working long days when the Sim is AOG (usually once or twice/year)
- All QTGs as directed.
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Education:
- Excellent computer repair skills
- Excellent troubleshooting aptitude with hardware and software
- Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical manuals and diagrams
- Strong programming, coding, and analytical skills

Ground Instructor is available in Columbus, OH. The Ground Instructor will provide classroom and simulator training to support Part 135 and Part 142 operations. Your Responsibilities:
The BFM will serve on the Technical Services Team as a fleet level leader for Bombardier aircraft and shall have the following responsibilities:
- Establish the position as the technical focal and subject expert for the aircraft Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Maintenance Operations leaders and stakeholders.
- Monitor fleet performance, pilot feedback, reliability analysis and maintenance program changes. Drive immediate improvements into programs and lead continuous improvement initiatives to completion.
- Support and assist with SMS investigations and provide guidance to supporting interim and longer term technical or process corrective actions.
- Organize periodic fleet reviews, present fleet performance and program improvements.
- Develop and manage the life-cycle cost plan for the appropriate fleet of aircraft.
- Participate and be present in industry, manufacture, and fleet support providers forums.
- Seek new and newly developing maintenance, fleet management techniques and processes to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Serve as board member on the Technical Review Board and attend reliability meetings as required, promote, and engage in the sharing of data to benefit the industry.
- Be available and engaged in developing actions and advising in aircraft troubleshooting efforts, to include urgent in-flight events that require immediate attention and may occur during non-working hours.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders in researching documents, parts, tooling, and methods to repair the aircraft.
- Develop a databased, track aircraft troubleshooting events and findings for future reference and recommend adopting procedural improvements.
- Revise work orders, approve vendor generated discrepancy repairs, review quotes for accuracy and are in accordance with acceptable and approved FAA Federal Regulations, and under the GMM guidance for the appropriate Aircraft Operation Certificate.
- Ensure work orders and turnovers are complete and precise.
- Work with Engineering vendors to develop alternate means of compliance, coordinating with Maintenance Control and Quality Assurance to ensure repairs are expedited, accurate, and final documents have supporting documentation for the airworthiness and Return to Service and or Maintenance Release of the aircraft.
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree aircraft engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years managing Bombardier technical services and support.
- 3+ years of troubleshooting experience on Bombardier aircraft.
- 2+ years of selecting and developing technical support teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of managing technical services for Bombardier aircraft.
- 5+ years of Bombardier troubleshooting experience with the ability to train others.
- 5+ years of selecting and developing technical support teams.
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P).
